My provisions for this Bill is that I would like to help legalize marijuana in the state of Nevada because it would help many citizens with painful medical conditions that cannot get medical marijuana and would also help get rid of the over-populated black market for it. I would help fund it by using jars and signs and the marijuana medical field.
